I started this snagging consultancy in 2025 with one clear aim: to offer a more thorough, more personal service than most new-build buyers receive today.

While the business itself is new, the experience behind it is not.

With over 30 years in construction, I’ve worked across every stage — from groundworks to managing full builds, handling pre- and post-sales, and solving real-world issues like redesigning drainage systems mid-project. Those solutions were formally adopted into the final site designs.

As both a qualified Construction Inspector and Building Engineer, I work only for you, the homebuyer. That means detailed inspections, honest reporting, and no shortcuts. I take on a limited number of jobs to give every home the time and attention it deserves.

This is a new chapter — but it’s built on decades of hard-earned knowledge and inspection experience: and I’m here to help make sure your new home lives up to its promise.
