A thorough, evidence led approach

I carry out systematic visual inspections, using appropriate specialist equipment and measurements where necessary. My findings are supported by photographs and relevant technical standards and manufacturers' guidance.

Clear reports you can use

Each inspection is followed by a structured report detailing the observations, defects and potential non-compliances identified. Where applicable, findings are referenced against relevant warranty provider technical requirements, British Standards, Building Regulations and manufacturers' installation instructions.

Reports include supporting photographs, defect severity ratings and clear recommendations for the builder. Where an issue is particularly technical, a “Why It Matters” explanation helps homeowners understand its significance and the potential consequences if left unresolved.
